All Dog Tags
This category is the closest to a 100% run as you can get in Metal Gear Solid 2. After you have completed your playthrough, make a save and check your Dog Tags in the DOG TAG VIEWER in SPECIAL.
There are two main deviations in routing for All Dog Tags. Sons of Liberty (specifically US) has less tags overall and some guards are not “tough” in Sons of Liberty.
