The tutorial section involves a sequence of small tasks, so do as follows:
Ride D-Horse to Da Ghwandai Khar. In the town ride D-Horse all the way to the main building, where Miller is. Get off D-Horse, shoot the 1 guard next to the building and 1 through the window, inside. Get through the window, rescue Miller and get on D-Horse. Move towards the LZ, buffering the Phantom Cigar on the way. Get off of D-horse after you hear a sound cue. Get back on D-Horse and trigger the chopper cutscene. After the cutscene, turn around horse and shoot at the skulls. Ride to the actual LZ, you can ignore skulls completely. Get off of D-Horse as close to the chopper as you can, while keeping it far enough so Pequod can land. Get Miller into the chopper with you, obvously.
Start quick diving towards Ocelot ASAP (you're forced to walk in this section). Skip the cutscene and fulton 3 guards. Open your iDroid and staff management tab. Wait for Ocellot's cue and mash back, then select the R&D tab, mashing select (K+M left click & spacebar) to develop the C.Box and drop it in. You can perform a dialog skip by shooting Ocellot before you get in to box, it can be a bit finicky to perform it at first. Wait until you can call in the chopper and leave.
Q: “Why C2W?” A: It's faster than Over the Fence.
Chopper skip [Prologue + Up + Chain Up] Deploy at 1800
Develop a Sniper rifle, get on D-horse and ride to the Eastern Communications Post. Buffer the Phantom Cigar on the way. At the comms post, throw a grenade inside the building with the central communications unit. Exit hot zone, you'll know when you're out when you hear a sound cue, and get off D-horse as the alert ends to fast forward to the score screen.

Chopper skip [Prologue + Up] Start ASAP
Ride all the way to Da Smasei Laman. Go through the caves to the Honey Bee, shoot guards on the way if you deem necessary. After you get the Honey Bee, ride out of the caves with D-Horse, equipping the NV-Goggles and the Honey Bee on the way out. Skip the cutscenes and, when you gain control of Snake, turn around and aim at the stairs. Keep shooting until all Skulls are dead. Destroy the anti air radar and, after Miller says he'll call in Pequod, open your iDroid and select the closes LZ. Buffer the Phantom Cigar and stop it after Pequod arives. Develop C4.
Episode 8 strat is roughly 40~45 seconds faster by itself compared to Episode 10, and it potentially saves time on medical platform. You can still do Episode 10 instead of 8 if you want to play it safe as Episode 8 is really risky.
Chopper skip [Prologue + Up + Chain Up (x2)] Deploy ASAP
Cigar Buffer and call pickup on the nearby LZ. Jump down and place all your C4 on the road. Get into a better spot and cigar. Use C4 to blowup the first tank, get in the chopper and use the minigun to take out the remaining targets. Shoot at the target in passenger seat of the truck and take out last tank.
Chopper skip [Prologue + Up] Deploy at 1800
Call in chopper to the extraction point. Ride to the jeep. Stay hidden until you go past the jeep, hijack the jeep and ride to the LZ. Get Malak on the chopper and leave.
Land on northern LZ
Place three C4 charges on the road, use the Phantom Cigar and blow up the C4 after the APC cancel your cigar. Get on the side of the road closer to LZ, cigar again and stop it when you see 1:00 on the timer. Timer should end right as cigar ends. There is a prisoner transport driving towards you with guaranteed A+ R&D prisoner. Shoot 2 wheels with RENOV and fulton the prisoner. Leave towards north.
Ride towards Serak Power Plant. Pick up 100 Common metals from a house on the way. Extract the guards on the outpost before Serak Power Plant and get 200 common metals and 200 fuel resources. After materials are extracted do following menus:
Go to Serak power plant and get the invoice and return to ACC. In the ACC you can upgrade the chopper to grade 2, it saves a bit of menuing later on.
Chopper skip [Prologue + Up + Chain Up (x4)] Deploy at 1800
There's no nedd to checkpoint after chopper skipping, its actually good that we don't, because now we're just waiting for the medical platform timer. Chopper skip will place you out of bounds so get in bounds and call D-Horse. Ride to Wialo Village and use the Phantom Cigar until 22:20. Tranquile the soldiers near the meeting spot. Get in the meeting spot and shoot the at the three commanders with the FAKEL. Pick up 200 common metals and leave the hot zone.
Chopper skip [Episode 2 + Down] Remember to bring the smoke grenades.
Run towards the Delivery point, no need to checkpoint as you should have time to spare. Grab 200 common metals inside the building and get the invoice on the delivery point. Get in a box an keep checking out the medical platform timer. Try to see when the minutes change so you know when medical platform will be done. Fast travel to Serak Power Plant when it's done. At the power plant, don't get spotted. Get on a jeep that's parked near the start of Hellbound.
Tranquilize the guard outside the gate. Throw a smoke in to the jeep and drive. The smoke won’t hide you from the gunship, but it prevents you from taking too much damage from the soldiers. Drive along the road taking the path shown in the vod. Before the container with the 3 guards, use the smoke trick again. Use another smoke near the base camp and drive to Emmerich’s “lab”.
After the cutscene reset from checkpoint, call the chopper to nearby LZ and use a phantom cigar before Miller calls you on radio. Get Emmerich on the jeep, throw another smoke and drive to LZ (This smoke is optional). Skip cutscene and put Emmerich back into the jeep, throw another smoke in and drive through Sahelanthropus to the LZ. Wait for the chopper to land and get in. You can save some time here by automatically ordering staff. Use the minigun to shoot down the drones Sally releases, and shoot at Sally (Bonus swag if you “tranquilize” Sahelanthropus).

Equip the FAKEL and Deploy ASAP
Important Menuing:
Call in D-Horse and ride through the forest area. Ride through the village using the FAKEL to take out guards in your way. After you pass trough the village call in a bombardment on the oil separator tank and Perform the Pitch Dark Warp, if possible. After black screen, either, call for D-Horse and head to the start of episode 14 or, perform the Soldier Pickup Warp.
If you fail to perform Pitch Dark Warp you can wait for the bombardment to destoy the oil separator tank, that will warp you near the oilfield. You'll need to infiltrate the oilfield and shutdown the transfer pump. After that you can try and perform the Soldier Pickup Warp or ride to the start of episode 14.
On Free Roam, Select Episode 14 and ride D-Horse to the starting point or, if you've exited the mission by Soldier Pickup Warp, return to the ACC.

Before checkpointing, quickly place a 'exit' marker to west of you (optional). Call D-Horse and use the route shown in the vídeo. After reaching the hill near Ditadi Abandoned Village, get out of D-Horse, open your iDroid and call in a bombardment on either Walker Gears, then perform a cigar buffer and open your iDroid again. You'll need to wait until the 1rt strike completes and then call another strike on the remaining Walker Gears. Ride out of the zone towards the marker you placed earlier (or just eye-ball it).
On Free Roam, Select Episode 16 and ride D-Horse to the starting point.

Ride towards airfield and destroy the gate with the FAKEL, or run it over with D-Walker. Get up the stairs without getting spotted and tranquilize the guards near the truck. Get to the C4 spot, and put a full stack of C4 down. After placing the C4, run to the truck. Skip the cutscene and look at where you've planted the C4. After all 4 skulls jump near the C4, use the FAKEL to detonate the C4. Drive the truck out of hot zone.

Call for pickup on the LZ at Kungenga Mine. Snipe the 1st target with the FAKEL, or sniper, from the start. Ride D-walker towards the mine, don't fear the tank seeing you on the way. Before the mine you can call in an airstrike on the anti air radar (setup for riskier strat). Ride into the mine all the way to the backdoor (refer to VOD for path). Destroy the guard tower and open the door with the FAKEL. Call the chopper to the nearby LZ (if you've destroyed the anti air radar) and run to the kids.
After the cutscene, get the disable kid and tranquilize at least one of them:
Choose the Eastern LZ and Deploy at 1800
Place a marker for your airstrike location while in the chopper. You can buffer the Phantom Cigar while still in the chopper and hold the radio button (Q on K+M) to keep it buffered before getting on D-Walker. Ride towards marker and about ~600 meters away from it, call a airstrike on it. Continue towards it and get off D-walker at about 300 meters away from the marker.
Fast Mother Base Exit to Episode 2.
(WIP) Ride D-Walker to where the Major really is, passing trough a outpost on the way and purpously getting a alert. When you're near the SW outpost, call in a bombardment on the outpost and use the Phantom Cigar. That should destroy the enemy gunship and kill the Major.

Manipulate D-Walker's spawn with the camera. Ride D-Walker to the valley. Get off D-Walker, dive under the log and run to the tunnel. Call D-walker halfway through the tunnel, it should spawn on the other side. Shoot the gate open by blowing up the barrel next to it with sniper, or with the FAKEL. Ride D-Walker and leave him next to the door to the Devil's House. Run in and use the FAKEL, or sniper, to kill the first body, removing the cutscene trigger. Run to Shabani and, after the black screen, skip the cutscene.
Run outside and get onto D-walker. Ride to the pool, positioning yourself near the end of a tree trunk that's in the pool, and manipulate the Man on Fire’s teleport position, so he spawns next to the pool. After a moment fire pillar will appear. The Third Child will appear too, revealing where the Man on Fire will spawn. Move into position so when you run over him with D-walker he falls into the water. If you hear him screen, that means you're good. Ride out through the tunnel.
Leave Mother Base by chopper and Level up R&D Unit to level 13. Develop the GROM rocket launcher, Gatling Gun for D-Walker and level up the Support Unit to at least level 9. Equip the Gatling Gun before at least before Episode 23 (White Mamba).
Chopper skip [Prologue + Up] Equip the GROM and Deploy at 0600
Get to a sniping position and shoot the target through the closed window with the GROM, this should kill the target. Before leaving use the Phantom Cigar to get the emergency mission call, after you hear the warning leave the hot zone. If you don’t get the emergency mission you will probably softlock, if the R&D platform is not done yet.
On Mother Base, after the battle gear cutscene, select Episode 22.
Run to the far end of the helipad, aim up at the air conditioning unit and shoot it with the GROM or FAKEL to kill Mosquito.
Chopper skip [Prologue + Up] Deploy at 1800
Ride to the ship where Eli is, doing a detour trough the left from where you start the mission. Go up the ladder on the side of the ship, run along the right side of it, crouch walk before the corner to avoid being detected and use the dumpster to climb to the upper level. Get ready to tranquilize Eli as he steps out on the left side from your POV. Pick him up and run to LZ.
Fast Mother Base Exit to Episode 22.
Chopper skip [Prologue + Up] Deploy at 1800
Ride D-Walker towards the village, to the jeep. Use the smoke trick and ride to where the militants’ XO is being weld hostage. Tranquilize the child soldiers and get both, the militants’ XO and the child's commander on the jeep and exit the hot zone.

Ride D-walker through the narrow valley. Take a slight detour to the left, get to the target tent and knock the 3 guards down with D-walker. Fulton both targets and ride out of the hot zone. The small 'pocket' out of hot zone space neara the guarp post isn’t large enough, so avoiding combat alerts is important.
There's a safer strat. Instead of running over the guards near the tent with D-Walker you can simply shoot them at a safe distance.

Timing is key as you’re trying to hit a moving target with a airstrike. Ride closer, call in airstrike and get to a position that is close enough to the target but still outside the hot zone, or close to the edge.
If you're not confident with airstrikes you can just ride to the target and kill him with D-Walker's Gatling Gun. The exit the hot zone.

Chopper skip [Prologue + Up] Deploy at 1800/ ASAP with D-Horse (faster) or D-Walker (slower)
D-Walker - There’s a few ways you can deal with the skull effectively, you can either just drive through the area and hit the skulls with D-Walker's Gatling Gun, or you can use the smoke trick on D-Walker and go straight to the mansion.
D-Horse - The fastests way. Ride D-Horse with the Fakel in hand and shoot the closes Skull as soon as it appears. Ride to the mansion avoiding the Skulls. If the Skulls spot you, try zig-zagging to avoid getting shot.
D-Walker - Tranquilize shot to distract the searchlight guard, ride up the hill, don’t get spotted, and get over the fence towards the door. Without chicken hat throw a smoke next to the door, dive, and after smoke has spread you can run in. With chicken hat, just fakel the guys outside and run in.
D-Horse Clip - It’s possible to clip into Code Talker’s room with the D-Horse.
Checkpoint after Code Talkers cutscene to skip the walking section. Call in chopper to the nearby LZ and get there. With good movement you’ll be there before the chopper.
Use the Gatling Gun to kill the skulls. The NV-Goggles can be rally useful as it helps to see trough the Skull's smoke. After you kill the Skulls bring Code Talker to the LZ and use the Phantom Cigar (if the Skull didn't disappear yet you'll need to Cigar Buffer).
Wait a little bit before dropping off so you get a faster landing animation. Call in D-walker, manipulating his spawning with the camera. Ride through OKB Zero all the way to the stairs, you can ignore the guards. Before the stairs open iDroid, or hit a wall, to stop D-walker’s momentum and run up the stairs with D-walker. Get off and and run to the helipad and skip cutscenes at the end.
Run to D-walker and ride to a APC. Get on the APC and switch to the rockets. Drive the APC towards Sally while shooting the rockets then start reversing a little. You want to avoid the flamethrower and get the sword attack instead. Shoot at his open chest with the automatic cannon during the sword attack. When Sally is closing its chest, switch to missiles and shoot all of them at him. If everything goes perfectly it should put Sally into the “roaring” phase where the chest is open again, shoot at it with the automatic cannon. After a while shoot another salvo of missiles. After you’ve reached 50% of its health, if you’ve got a opportunity, shoot the white “tubes” on its back. Otherwise just prioritize Sally's chest to interrupt its movements and keep shooting the missiles. If Sally is still alive after your tank is destroyed, use D-Walker's Gatling Gun on the white “tubes” on Sally's back to finish it off. If you messed up bad, your APC is gone and Sally has too much HP, it can be faster to just reset.
