If the Ocelot unit is worth skipping on Very Easy depends on your execution during the Ocelot Unit fight.
Plus without the mk.22 and m1911 in your inventory you'd do the menu after the waterfall to reequip everything also a tiny bit faster.
Depending on the timing method, you'd want to run the entire game in 30fps as to not lose time to swap between 30fps and 60fps – should
timing be based on RTA (including Load Removed Realtime or LRT). If the timing method is IGT, then the fps setting change does not count
as the pause menu also pauses the IGT ticking forward.
