Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes released in 2014 to Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Ground Zeroes is a proof-of-concept for the Fox Engine and a different direction for the series. Criticized for its short length, Ground Zeroes is divided into several missions in a 'pseudo-historical recreation' of a Cuban black site.
