Suppressor/Silencer prevents fast rate of fire, no suppressor/silencer allows fast rate of fire

If you play a Five-seveN stage that has a suppressor, it will carry over to Weapon Mode. You will need to reset the game to remove the suppressor. Credit to BadHumans, Philosopher, and Plywood for figuring this out.
