This category is the closest to a 100% run as you can get in Metal Gear Solid 2. After you have completed your playthrough, make a save and check your Dog Tags in the //DOG TAG VIEWER// in //SPECIAL//. 

There are two main deviations in routing for All Dog Tags. Sons of Liberty (specifically US) has less tags overall and some guards are not "tough" in Sons of Liberty
