General speedrunning tips for MGSV: GZ

when carrying a POW, you move up stairs faster while aiming
picking up a POW from the ground is faster while standing
picking a lock is faster when one continually presses the action button
using the Weightless Glitch to put a POW into the helicopter and simultaneously entering the helicopter with the action button, is faster than without the glitch, even though a cutscene for entering still plays
