• Greater number of guards compared to Normal
• Greater number of cameras compared to Normal
• Available ammo pickups are greatly reduced
• Snake takes maximum damage from enemy attacks
• You have 2 ration capacity to start, 3 after Owl, 4 after Havoc (Normal maxes at 5)

• Nikita ammo does not spawn along the way to the Havoc.

• After the initial grenade toss, hiding behind the left rock can protect you from the first attack being the machine gun.

• The helicopter can fire multiple missiles at once. Randomly, it can choose to follow up a missile attack with another missile attack before moving on. This is good for maximizing damage.

• You can fit in two grenades before hiding behind a rock during the second phase.
